Notification of Ad Submission

    Hi,
    I have successfully installed Classifieds WP version 1.2 on my site, but wondered about the lack of notification to WordPress admin when a classified ad is submitted for approval. Is this a feature of the plug in? If so, how do I enable it?

    I also believe that a selectable default image would be useful, if one has not been uploaded by the user.

    @wishbone42, at this time, there are no notifications.

    We’re considering some new features including notifications. These features might be added in the future to the core plugin or through add-ons. We’re still deciding.

    Thanks for the suggestion on the default image. Definitely worth considering

    Thank you for your reply.
    I have added the wp_mail() function to classified_submitted.php with a hard-coded wp admin address. This would be better if it was dynamic, but achieving that is currently outside my understanding of WordPress and plugins.
    I’ve also added similar functionality to class-wp-classified_manager_cpt.php which notifies the advertiser that their Ad has been approved.
    I look forward to either of these functions being incorporated formally in a subsequent release.
