    We are having a bit of an issue when credit cards are being declined. Neither we nor the buyer gets any notification. The order is just never processed and it takes manual investigation (usually after the buyer asks where their order is) that we then can see the card was declined. Ideally, the buyer would be notified when the card is declined. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or are we the only ones with this issue? We are using the Authorize.net extension.

    Since the issue can be caused by a multitude of factors (on its own our gateways notify the seler of a declined transaction) the first thing to check would be the version of the gateway you’re using – is it the latest version of your Authorize.Net Gateway?

    If it is, then which particular Authorize.Net extension are you using? DPM, Pro…?

    Please get back to me with answers to these questions and I’m sure we’ll be able to solve this ??

    Thanks for your help. Sorry for the delay. (The email telling me this thread was updated went to my spam.) We are using the Jigoshop Authorize.net DPM Gateway extension. I’ll double-check that we using the latest version of Authorize.net.

    Get back to me once you have done that – if you’re using the latest version, it would be best to contact me directly at [email protected] – since here my debugging options are severely limited.
