    Hello,
Great plugin, and very straight forward to set up.

I am having an issue with “Cancelled Transaction” response emails.
If i cancel the transaction while on the Worldpay site, i am transferred back to my site, and the statement above the progress bar states the transaction is cancelled.
Instead of receiving an email notifying me of a cancellation, i receive a Transaction Failure notification. An email is also sent to the customer of transaction failure. Which may cause concern!

When a successful transaction is made, all correct emails (5) arrive almost instantly, once the customer is passed back to my site.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi,

Emails are sent by woocommerce or worldpay not by the plugin. Look for a solutin in woocommerce or contact worldpay because i don’t really understand from whom you get that email.

    Hi,
Many thanks for your quick response.
You are right! The emails are sent from woocommerce.
Would it be correct to say, the action of the user on the Worldpay payment page dictates which response code is returned from Worldpay to woocommerce so it can send the relevant email; “Success”, “Failure”, “Cancellation” etc?

If i use Paypal and cancel the transaction i receive the correct “Cancellation” email notification. If i use Worldpay and cancel the transaction i receive a “Failure” email.

I will contact Worldpay, and see if they have any suggestions.
    Thanks.
