Notification only works when updating the ‘active theme’

I have a notification setup that triggers when the theme gets updated. It’s working as expected if I update the active theme, but not for non-active themes.

So if you are using a child theme you’ll never receive a notification when you update the ‘parent theme’ because it’s not the active theme.
