Notification publication based permissions

Hello,

Today, when I published an article , whatever the category of the latter , the notification service sent a notification with the text of the article.

But , I have a class that is reserved exclusively for some people.

I will wish to exclude sending a notification for section belonging to a certain category . Is this possible? I found nothing in the settings.

And icing on the cake! if possible , send to authorized persons . ( I have the Core plugin Press Permit to manage the authorization)
