    I got an error like this on email. ->
    You are getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain:?https://mydomain.com
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    Missing To header

    What might be the issue? When I try to test, the emails get there and wont fail.
    I suspect the error has to do with a events plugin, and when users register to my event, I should get a notification e-mail, but right now I am getting this error.

    The error message seems to be due to missing “To email”, as you have pointed out that this happens with the emails send through a particular plugin, could you please share the name of the plugin? Perhaps sharing the Diagnostic test report will allow us to reproduce a similar environment as yours’s and assist you effectively.

    Thank you so much for sharing the requested information. I replicated a similar scenario as yours & especially Registrations for the Events Calendar plugin, but wasn’t able to reproduce it on my end. Kindly ensure that the email settings are correctly configured in the plugin.

    Kindly, deactivate all plugins except Post SMTP & revert to basic theme like Twenty-Twenty Five. To see if the issue is due to the conflict with any other plugin.

    This will help us narrow down the issue.
