Notification Settings not working for 'BP Group Documents'

Hey there,

i have a problem using the PlugIn “BP Group Documents” in combination with yours “BuddyPress Group Email Subscription”. And don’t really know, where the problem is:

When I’m activating or changing any of the radio button options in my member settings ‘Notifications’ > ‘Groups’: ‘A member uploads a document to a group you belong to’ or ‘A member uploads a document to a group for which you are an moderator/admin’ >>> nothing is changing. Even if i’m always getting the message “Your notification settings have been saved.” after changing them.
None of the radio buttons here are activated after (and before) i’m doing changes, but all the other email notifications are working and activated very well.
It just looks like this!

So I’m always getting Notifications via Mail if someone uploads a document and can’t change it.

I’m using the newest Versions of Plugins (3.2.2 for Email Subscription and 0.4.0 for Documents), WordPress and Buddypress and the BP-default theme.

Do you know the problem and/or have any suggestions to solve it?
