    Hello,

I am using Forminator on a website. I have a little problem, the contact form submission notifications are sent/received to a single email address.

After creating my forms, I added two other addresses in the settings but the notifications are not sent/received. I checked in spam, etc… but nothing was received.

Since, however, I still receive notifications on one email address I suppose that WordPress sends the emails well.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi there @pierro94

Odd, unpredictable email behavior like you describe has always been an issue with WordPress unfortunately.

Do default WordPress emails, like new user signups or password reset, get sent & received correctly?

Whether they do or not, I’d suspect the issue is most likely that emails sent from your domain are not being accepted by the email clients where they aren’t showing up.

The easiest way to help prevent email clients from refusing your site’s emails is by setting up SMTP on your site.

There are several good SMTP plugins available here on www.ads-software.com, including our very own Branda plugin:

Please do let us know if this helps or if you need more assistance with this issue.

    Cheers!
    Patrick
