    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible to send the abandoned cart reminder email notification to Admin. But we are planning to include this feature in the Abandoned Cart Pro version.

    Our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin has the two settings in the Add / Edit Email Template page. The setting named as “Send From This Email Address” which is allowed to send the customer’s abandoned cart reminder email from that email address which you have set. The setting named as “Send Reply Emails to”, the customer will reply to that email address which you will set in the field.

    I apologize, but I do understand your point on craft a personal note to the customer based on cart contents. Can you please more elaborate on that?

    Hi,

    As you have mentioned the feature for sending the Abandoned cart emails to the admin, we have added this feature in our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin.

    I would like to inform you that we have released our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin version 3.7 in which we have added new setting named as “Send the Abandoned cart emails to the admin”. If this setting is checked then it will send the copy of the abandoned cart reminder email to Admin.

    Hi Chetna Bhutka,
    Great you adding this feature. I read through your well written changelog and see development has been very busy.

    There is one other feature that would make your plug-in more fully useful to me. I would like to be able to note somehow what I’ve done about an abandoned cart. This could be accomplished by the adding of user defined values to the “status of cart” field (for instance I’d add emailed, called, dead) or – even better a free form text field in grid view where I could jot a note.

    Other issue for me is that the detail view of an order does not include SKU. Showing only title is problematic for my store as I do not put SKU into the title. I carry hundreds of unique items, each with a slightly different title.
