Notification to admin upon entry update

WordPress version: 4.2.3
Gravity Forms Directory version: 3.7.2

I did this:
Created an entry logged in as a non-admin user.
Logged in as admin and approved the entry.
Logged in as the form submitter, and edited the entry.

I expected the plugin to do this:
Update the entry and send an email to the admin to inform me that an entry had been edited.

Instead it did this:
Updated the entry, but sent no notification emails.

Since we’re setting up a professional directory for therapists and coaches, we need to be able to both approve new submissions AND review any edits to existing submissions to ensure they meet our guidelines.

Is this possible and I missed something? Or is this a “feature request” question?
