    I’m still getting emails for when a user changes their password even though I have it turned off. It’s been this way for months and not sure how to fix.

    Just to confirm, do you have an active WP Mail SMTP Pro license? I ask because our Email Controls feature is only available in the paid version of WP Mail SMTP.

    Did you utilize the code workaround instead? If yes, please ensure that you had followed the instructions outlined in this article.
