    I have a page with the “private message box” And another page with a “chatroom” , I use buddypress … The notifications are working very good .. too good ?? … is it possible to disable notifications for the chatroom only ?

    So that people get a notification when they receive a private message, but don’t get a notification when someone typed a message in the public chatroom ? .. otherwise people are gona get hundrds of notifications lol ??

    In chat room settings you can disable notifications for it (it’s disabled by default)

    that’s the point, it is disabled ??

    Everything was working good, but since the last update, there are some bugs with the buddypress notification bell.

    When users send messages (private) The counter (notificatin bell) goes up but it says “you have no new messages. Although the messages do arrive in the inbox.

    And when a user post something in the chatroom .. then ALL users their counters are going up ?? and also saying “you have no new messages” , but I don’t want that all users get a notification when someone post something in the chatroom .. else it’s going to be a lot of notifications everywhere ??

    But like I said, it started doing that since the last update.
