    I read a lot of reviews but I never find a answer about how to make notifications work properly

    We recommend you upgrade to the current version v5.0.1.
    If the problem persists, we recommend that you use our support channel to be able to pay special attention to your case.
    Access the Mercado Pago Developers website with your username to access the support channel.
    Path: Mercado Pago Developers> Login> Support (in the upper tab)> Developers.
