    Hello,

First of all thank you for this plugin.

I was able to install it and add files to my notifications.

My problem is, when testing, there is no attachment with the notifications.

    Did I configure something wrong?

    Best regards

    Hello @delemo

Do you use latest version of Gravity? You’ve tried to disable other plugins for check incompatibility.

    Hello kgmservizi

Thank you for taking some time to address my problem.

Yes I think I’m running last version of Gravity Forms (2.5.15).

Even keeping only 2 plugins: ‘Gravity Forms’ and ‘Notification Attachments for Gravity Forms’, I am unable to receive the attachments.
I also tried with another theme but still without success.

    Regards

    Hi @delemo

I’ve tried in a fresh installation of WordPress with stock theme and only Gravity + my plugin, no problem, notification send all attachments correctly.

Sorry, if you can make a video or screenshot.

    Hello @kgmservizi

    Thank you for your reply.

If you agree I could give you credentials to connect to the admin.
So that you could quickly check by yourself.

But I you would prefer to send you login and password in another way than through the WordPress forum.

Please Tell me what you think
