• I have a small number of plugins in the WordPress directory that I support and maintain.

    In the old system I had the ability to enable notifications any time a new ticket was posted in the support forum of any of my plugins. Ever since the switch to this new support system those notifications are no longer being sent, so I’m forced to manually visit every plugin repo and check the support section for any tickets on a regular basis. Not very efficient.

    I see in this new system I can enable notifications for replies to my new thread, but I don’t see any way to enable notifications in general for any new ticket submitted to my plugins.

    Any information on how I can get this working as it was before would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
