Notifications not dissapearing

Hi and thank you for the great and free plugin.
There are some notifications that appear every time i browse the admin area, I click on X to dismiss them but they keep reappearing.
Is there an incompatibility with the last wordpress version?
Maybe you can update the plugin to be compatible with it?
