    Hello. I updated to the latest version today and notifications don’t seem to be sending. Is anyone else encountering this issue? Thanks!

  • Same issue here, started when I updated to the latest version a few hours ago, I installed the classic editor plugin and notifications sent, it seems to be a conflict with Gutenberg and onesignal which started when i updated to the latest version of onesignal.

    Thank you for reaching out. Are you using the newest version of wordpress? Please see: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/web-push-wordpress-faq#section-how-do-i-send-a-notification-when-a-post-is-published- for information on how to send notifications in WordPress 5. Also, make sure that the OneSignal checkbox is clicked before updating or publishing a post as this is now a bit more difficult to find (under the Document tab).

    good night. I have the same problem. I have already followed every step of the document – and the problem still persists. notifications have stopped – and in the history of postings on the onesignal site – also has no record of the latest posts. what to do? the error started happening after the update.

    Thank you for your response!

    I can confirm that:

    a) We are using the latest version of WordPress
    b) We have read the documentation
    c) Notifications were being sent until the latest update made to the OneSignal plugin
    d) No other plugins have required updating since this time

    The only change appears to be the OneSignal update.

    Is it possible to roll back to the previous plugin version which was working?

    i had more than 1200 subscribers but after latest update of plugin it is saying
    OneSignal Push: A notification was sent, but there were no recipients.

    I’m facing the same problem.

    The problem seems to be in the new editor, I tried the old one and it worked. But they need to adjust this error.

    Hi, I have the same problem. Update the latest version of OneSignail and the notifications do not reach the recipients. When I publish a new post I get the following message.

    OneSignal: publishing post. Are you sure you want to notify your subscribers?
    Note: cancelling will still publish your post but won’t send notifications

    Whether you accept or cancel it, notifications do not arrive.

    It should be noted that, I have the latest version of WordPress 5.0.3 installed.

    Also before upgrading onesignal to its latest version everything worked fine with notifications.

    Good Morning. The images have disappeared from the notifications. All notifications are being displayed without images. What happened? The bug started happening today, 07fev.
