notifications not sending? (+ warning)

  • Hi there,
    first of all I am so very glad to have found your plugin. It’s everything I ever wanted for forms ??

    But I can’t get notifications to work:
    I try to add a “custom recipient” (I guess that’s where I shall put the email where the notification will be sent to?) but eMails never arrive (also not in Spam). Am I doing something wrong?

    Also, in the other form (not the one that I tested) I get a warning in the key column in the forms table view:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/htdocs/w00cbd80/klausbehner/wp-content/plugins/advanced-forms/api/api-forms.php on line 510

    Hi! Super glad to hear you’re enjoying AF.

    If you use custom recipient you should be able to put any valid email address in. One potential problem is that the servern might not be capable of sending emails. Could you try installing a plugin such as this one and then trying to see if emails are sent correctly?

    I have a similar problem with the e-mails.
    No emails will be sent, no matter which of the two settings I make.

    Otherwise there are no problems sending e-mails, wp_mail works;)
    I work in a local environment with Laragon.

    Hi,

    welL, the check email plugin it’s working.
    After the last update, I also got an Internal Server Error 500.
    It also happened, when I switched Theme to twenty seventeen.

    Then I tried disabling Plugins and it turned out that the ?Advanced Custom Fields: reCAPTCHA Field? from Irvin Lim was causing the problem. It would be great if you could check this out, since it’s good to have a captcha for the forms. Or is there an alternative?

    But still, I didn’t receive any e-Mail though.

    Hi!

    I haven’t tried the reCAPTCHA plugin but it would be a very nice feature to support. I’ll have to add it to a future release!

    Could you guys send me a screenshot of your form fields, form email settings, and the form values you are submitting so I can test it out locally?
