    I do not receive any email or browser notifications from payments. We are in test mode and are using the authorize.net payment gateway.

    Additionally, I am a little confused after reading posts from this support page. Do we have to manually change the order status from “processing” to “paid”?

    Hello,

    regarding the email notification please check whether you have properly set your email settings and notification settings enabled or not? Are you customers getting the email confirmation after doing orders?

    For the order status once the payment has been completed it would automatically
    change the status to paid.

    Yes we have enabled notification settings and email notification settings. Neither the customers nor the admin are getting emails. We are currently using the test payment gateway if that makes a difference.

    Hello,

    That should not make any difference. Can you try to setup SMTP in your site and check if that works fine or not for you.
