The ’email notifications’ is not a pro feature it comes with the free version of this plugin. It’s not working as it’s supposed to. All the configurations are done as per their documentation.

I have not received any response from the support team yet nor did I receive any ticket#. I have been sending emails to ‘[email protected]’.

It’s been over a week since I mailed them and raised the issue. I haven’t heard from their team.

Hi @vimalgopalv, thanks for reaching out. We are experiencing higher than normal support volume during this month. I’m looking into this now and will return momentarily.

@vimalgopalv – I have replied to your ticket with steps that were previously sent to you. I will also post here in case others can benefit from these steps. Please let me know via the ticket you submitted what your results were, so we can go further from there. Thank you.

    1. download, install and activate this free plugin called Email Log and then
    2. try to reproduce the issue by submitting a form.
    3. then try to check the WP-admin > view logs section of the email log plugin and check if the notification emails are sent from weForms.
    * also make sure the notification email is enabled

This will tell you if the email is being sent out, and if so, it’s likely being filtered out by your email client.

I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved and continue forward with your ticket since it may require other steps that relate to your account specifically. Thank you!
