    Hello,
    the members on my website were not getting any notifications for new posts, so a while ago, via Subscribers > Registered subscribers, I selected all registered users and at the bottom (bulk management) subscribed them to all categories.

    Since then, multiple posts have been published. On the administrative account, I received notifications for each, but regular members did not receive anything.

    Also, the option to opt out of specific categories has vanished from the member profiles.

    Perhaps I misunderstand the way these settings are intended? Do you have some documentation or other means that will help me understand how this plugin should be set up?

  • Hi Boris, Thanks for informing. Can you please let me have a screenshot. I’ve tested the issues but can’t relate.

    Could you please let me have couple of screenshots so that I can better understand your point.

    sorry for the long wait. I’m not sure what changed, but the notifications are working now.
