Notifications not working, page refresh required after adding task/comment

    Two isssues:

    1) When adding a task or comment, it seems to get stuck with the little loading circle spinning forever. It seems not to add the item. It does work, but I have to refresh the page every time to see it. Not critical, but it’s an annoyance and inconvenience.

    2) Notifications aren’t working. This is more critical. Hard to work as a team when we aren’t receiving the notifications of updates to projects and tasks.

    Please help me troubleshoot these issues.

  • It’s actually quite a bit more problematic than that. Since their last release(1.51) nearly all of the plugins ajax dependent functionality fails/errors. Updating projects, tasks, posting/editing comments, you name it. Most of it goes through despite the javascript error and never ending loading spinner, but its a debilitating problem regardless.

    It’s beyond me how they could push a patch without realizing it nearly breaks everything in the plugin. I’ve sent them in depth support tickets addressing the issues but they seem comfortable ignoring them. They just ask for my server credentials and continue to tell me its a server setup problem on my end. Which is super ironic because all of the problems can be seen and recreated on their own demo website. Which consequently means nothing works there either.
