Using the Settings option when building a form, the Notifications page does not open, nor does the Confirmations page. Only the General page is visible. However, on other forms I created with this plugin, the Notifications and Confirmations are visible and can be used. I have tried rebooting, clearing the cache, deactivating and reactivating the plugin but got the same result. I tried creating a new form, and the Notifications and Confirmation pages do appear with that.

Any advice? The form I created that has the problem is very long and I am hoping to avoid recreating it. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Reed,

In case where we’ve seen similar issue, it is due to unclosed HTML tags in the form field description, or other areas of the fields, such as having a <b> tag without a </b> tag. Here’s a screenshot of an example.

To resolve the issue, you’ll need to track down the HTML tags and add the corresponding HTML tags.

    Hope this helps ??

Yow! That was the problem. Found a few opening tags without a closing tag and fixed them. You have to Save and then reload the page, but that did it! Thank you so much, Ethan! You saved me from having to recreate a long form.
