Notifications to the user based on their interests.

Is it possible to create a form for real state in which the user enters some values ??in a series of fields and when they register a home, if it matches the user’s preferences, they receive a new registration notification?
For example: Housing status, Number of rooms, Elevator. And when you register a home that matches any of the fields you have selected in the form, you will receive a notification.
All fields would be selection, which will not allow you to write text in order to improve the exact match that launches the notification.
Do you know anything that can help me in this regard?
