    Hi! Is there a way to add an informer that shows that the number of responses to his requests has been received and when clicked, he goes to the support page? If the user is on the site and not in the support section, now he cannot find out that he has already been answered until he looks at the email. This is very inconvenient. Please see a screenshot of what I’m talking about

    Thank you for your suggestions. Currently, Fluent Support does not have this feature but I am taking this as a feature request. Hopefully, it will be added.

    Hi! It’s been 5 months. Has this elementary thing been added as an informer for the user’s personal account about a new response from support?
