Notify Mail Option in Settings Template does not work

    When creating a form template in the settings (Apply Online > Settings > Tab Template) it is not possible to activate the option “Notify this mail” for email fields. After activating the checkbox and clicking “Update field”, the popup does not close and the console shows the following error message:

    The checkbox stays active until I press “Save form templates” and is actually not saved to the template. When I try the same setting in a particular ad, this error does not occur and the notify checkbox stays active.
