Notify Post Authors About Comments

  • I’m running a multi-author WordPress blog. I was wondering if there is a way to enable comment notifications for specific authors in WordPress? One of the authors would like to be notified if a new comment appeared in one of his articles on the blog.

    Any help would be really appreciated.

  • I’ve also got a similar problem. According to the blurb on this plugin the default should be that the post writer gets the comments, but that’s not happened with my test poster.

    I’ve set the test account up to be an author; should I have selected something else?
