Notify register User for new post

Hello there,

I would like to make some question regarding the Notifications plugin
1. I want to notify registered users for new posts.
2. Users will register on the website and during registration, will select from a list (ACF) if they are interested for example Pre-Sale, Sale etc
3. Users can publish posts. When creating a new post, they will be able to select if the post refering to Pre-Sale, Sale etc.
4. When they will publish the post as Pre-Sale, users that have registered and selected Pre-Sale can be notified with an email for a new post.

Is there any way to do that with the configuration of this plugin?
