Yes, the Quiz Maker plugin has this kind of functionality.
In order to find this option, you can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Email&Certificate tab and enable the Send email to admin option.
By this, every time when someone passes the Quiz, it sends an email with information about each Quiz result to the admin email or your provided one.
