Notify when any comment made on your post

    Give a checkbox option below content field in post form.

    As

    ?? Notify me when someone comments on my post

    Where when somebody reply to the post in comments then author or user will be notified.

    We don’t need this for comments.

    as comments already have this feature of notifying when someone reply to any of the existing comments.

    But if we get this feature with post form, and it will be our superb thing.

    Post submitted by guest/author/user using post form > he checked option for notifying for comments made > he get notification in his email

    Hope you understand and find this feature is a must.

    Sorry for the late.

    Thanks for your feedback and feature request. Unfortunately, send an email notification upon a comment will is unavailable with the plugin, and depending on the plugin’s purpose, we don’t have such a plan to bring this feature. However, I’m keeping this in my logbook for further review and improvement.

    Meanwhile, I suggest you use a plugin like “Better Notifications for WP” to send custom email based on different WordPress events such as a new comment.

    Apart from this, please note that WordPress has its default function to send an email when any guest user submits a comment. You need to enable the option from the Settings -> Discussion area- https://ibb.co/DYKgXg0.
