notifying email dosnt send

    hello
    recently my web provider has changed its server and after that when a person leaves a comment on my site the notifying massage doesn’t forwarded to my email. what must i do?

  • If this only started happening after the server move, you should be contacting your hosts.

    to do what?
    and if in future i upgrade my wp will fix?

    Ask them to check the server configuration. Perhaps PHP mail() hasn’t been installed on the new server. Either way, let them know that you had mailing capabilities via WP on the old server but not on the new one.

    And, no, an upgrade won’t help. This appears to be a server issue and you need to find out what has changed in the server set up and what can be done about it.
