November 2015 – Start of month incorrect

Thanks for your efforts building this.
According to the plugin 1st November 2015 is Monday (https://screencloud.net/v/x0cX / https://tintabernacle.co.uk/events/) but it’s actually a Sunday.
Is this something to do with the start_of_week option?
