Typically Child themes are uploaded via WordPress themes interface.

What kind of parent theme is this?

It’s the Parent theme for one of the ThemeForest/Wordpress themes. I do see delete, shall I delete and try again. I would think the Child theme would be adjacent the Parent theme.

Does the theme actually come with a child theme? If not, then you will actually need to create the child theme yourself for the theme you have.
