ah ok, then you’ll likely have to exclude the 3rd party JS from Google from being deferred as well, adding e.g. maps.googleapis.com/maps/api to the exclusion list ??

@bolditalia I think you just need to go into Autoptimize > JavaScript Options > Exclude scripts from Autoptimize and add maps.googleapis.com/maps/api into the exclusions box.

Somebody can correct me if that’s wrong.
