Now all counters are schowing zero (empty)

    I don’t know what to say. Shariff Wrapper didn’t work for weeks and now all counters are showing zero. Even a backup from June 5, 2021 did not bring the counters back. All the time and work that I put into it was once again invested in vain.

    Thanks for your help cachegaagaa. It is thankfully noted, even though there is still almost no spare time for me right now for any hobby project.

    Take a look at the other thread, it should be back to working now. It was a FB change as explained here by richard67:

    The reason why you see 0 on all counters after an update is, that it always resets the cache on every update and it will take a while to newly fetch them. Which of course didn’t work till now because of the Facebook changes. For clarity: Shariff does not store or count anything itself. It only uses a temporary cache for performance purposes and rate limits, but it is non permanent. So if the share count requests fail over a period of time due to changes from the networks, the share counts will always disappear after a while or an update.
