Now see a “?” after the forward slash on the domain

I have WPS-hide-login installed on several domains and this particular one has the “?” after the domain name, example: reddog.com/? You only see the “?” in WPS-Hide-Login. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, no change. I went to MyPhpAdmin and looked for the problem no such luck. I can log in the this plugin but I must first add the “?” then my “login” for it to work.
