Now what is the problem

Could check a few things first:

Have you checked your wp-config.php file to make sure you have the right database connection details are in there i.e. the right database name, username and password?

Is MySQL Server running?

If it’s been working before, it sounds like that the MySQL server has stopped running. Whoever is hosting your site I’d talk to them too, or if you can administer it yourself, log in and check it out.

@matty yes that’s it. It’s a www.ads-software.com site.

In that case yes your hosting it yourself (or you have a hosting provider). Therefore, check that MySQL server is running and that all your credentials are present and correct in your wp-config.php file.

That is working and when I run the test it says everything is good so I emailed them. Hopefully they will be able to help. Thanks

And you’ve got the right hostname, username and password in your wp-config.php file?
