NPS Template bug – Something`s Cracking

    I’m trying to use the NPS template, but when editing, the error message below appears. I’ve tried it on two different sites I own, but the error persists, even with the latest plugin update.

    We tried to reproduce the error, but we can’t get the error you describe. Does this also happen with other templates, or specifically with the NPS template?

    To investigate this further we’ll need a temporary access to your WP-Admin to see what’s happening there exactly. Of course we can’t do that in public, so could you create a support ticket over here (https://tripetto.com/support/) and provide us the temporary login details for your site? Of course we only use that login to investigate this particular issue.
