Nrelate always shows same results

Hi!

I am using nrelate in my blog. However, the posts/pages being shown are always the same. There are pages and posts that never appear as a related content, even having similar titles, tags and categories…

Furthermore the plugin doesn’t load some of the featured images (which other plugins i have tested load).

i really like the way the plugin looks and it would be great to have this issue solved ??

Is there any option or configuration i’m missing?
