nrelate Related Content and Malwarebytes Anti Malware

Hi,
I use ‘nrelate Related Content’ on my site https://www.agriturismogallina.it.

I had a few problems in the past (reindexing and always same thumbnails), but it seems it works well now.

After installing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, I received a warning while loading nrelated thumbnails: MBAM blocked access to sites 94.242.251.103 and 213.152.181.87 giving a potential threat.

Can you help me?
