nRelate Related Content not showing

    As per the error message I got: “Thank you for installing. Your site will be indexed in the order that it was received. If this message is still displaying after 2 hours, please create a post in the forum and we will check into it.”

    Example post: https://efficientwp.com/the-80-20-of-wordpress-security. I have the plugin set to display automatically at the bottom of posts, and on this post I also used the shortcode. Neither is working.

    This issue has come up before on another site. Is there any way to fix this on a more permanent basis? I would like to use this plugin on other sites, but I don’t want to have to submit a support ticket for every site I install it on.

  • @doug Yuen — Thanks for installing nRelate on your site. We fixed the issue for you on our end and I see Related Content up and running on your site now. You mentioned that you’re using both automatic placement and the short code, so the plugin is appearing twice on your page. Removing one of these placement options should fix the issue. Other than that, it looks great!
