nRelate Showing "Draft" and "Pending" Content

@yeahiknowiam — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. We shouldn’t be indexing “Draft” or “Pending” – unless they were previously published and then their status was changed. Can you let us know which site you use our plugin on so we can take a look?
