    If you have access to Dashboard, then check if the Home URL and Site URL are pointing to the same Link. If not, then correct them. Also go to Settings >> Reading and check the Static Page you set at “Front page:”. It should be your Home page.

    Yes home urls are set up to my home page, on setting reading is set up to my home page as well
    now I have another page I can’t even log in to my dashboard

    It looks you have set the “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” incorrectly. As the pages are getting redirected to https://naughtycamgirl.org/public_html/?page_id=12

    contact your hosting and ask them to restore the recent working backup. And then go for an upgrade again. Make sure to download the website backup on your local machine.
