Nu purchases registred in Analytics

    Hi,

    I use your plugin on another site with similar settings and plugins and it works. But with this site it doesn’t work, it doesn’t record the purchases in Analytics.

    I would be very grateful for some support.

    Wp: 3 9 3
    Woo: 5 3 2

    Hi Frodde,

    I can’t really test the Purchase event, because this one needs a real transaction. The other events I can test are fired as expected. You can do a test transaction and check with Pixel Helper Chrome extension if the Purchase event is fired.

    There are two things I would look for:

    1. Do you use a custom thank you page? If yes, the free version will not capture the transaction.

    2. Do you use PayPal? If yes, auto-return must be turned ON.
