I understand that after updating the plugin to version 7.1, WooCommerce Analytics did not recognized the sales made outside of the online part, not even with other sales plugins such as the WooCommerce POS, is that correct?

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Creo saber el problema. NO reconoce cuando haces una compra a través del POS y se genera como pedido completado. Si lo haces como procesando y luego lo completa, sí lo reconoce.
Estoy usando otros plugins como el de pedidos telefónicos y no parece dar ese mismo problema, aunque también lo he hecho como completado

Hello!! this issue is not resolved and i think it is not just a POS plugin issue. I’m doing a lot of testing and have found a way to get woocommerce to recognize orders. I have found two ways for now, to see if they can help to resolve it.

1. I leave the orders in processing and then I move them to completed. There the reports recognize my orders.
2. I leave the orders on completed without touching anything and then import the orders in the report settings. He also recognizes me there.
   I think they should always matter yes or yes.

Also tell you that in the old woo reporting tool these orders appear without problem.

Please, let’s see if we can solve this issue, since it gives me the feeling that it is going to cause problems in the long run. For now I am not updating from version 7.0.1 which is the last one that did not give problems.

Regarding the WooCommerce Analytics big arrows, this is a reported issue, you can get updates of progress by subscribing to the issue report here.

Is the site receiving any errors? You can provide us a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

I was checking the screenshots provided, we appreciate that, may I ask can you provide a screenshot showing the discrepancy or the error?

Hello, the information that I give you in the previous post is quite clear about the problem that I have in 6 web pages that I manage. Woocommerce doesn’t recognize such orders and I have to import them. Please, if you can review it, I would appreciate it. I do NOT have a woocommerce account, so I cannot report it there.
