Hi @iotedge, thanks for raising this. Did you or another staff member open the WooCommerce > Store Toolkit screen then select the Orders export type and click Nuke? Or perhaps run a Nuke that had filters enabled? If so can you confirm what Filters are currently selected on the Store Toolkit screen.
Nuke’s are not automated and will only run as manual processes due to this risk. The most common way is via the Store Toolkit screen, you can also run it via WP-CLI (within SSH) or as a WP-CRON URL task (requires configuring) but again they’re all still a manual process.
In either case you will need to restore a backup by contacting your hosting provider or referring to your site backup plan. Happy to assist further.
