Number custom field

Have you made Relevanssi index the contents of that custom field? Is the custom field setting in Relevanssi indexing settings set to “all” or “visible”? If it’s set to “some”, is that particular custom field listed?

The name of the custom field is _wpm_gtin_code, but you’ve listed wpm_gtin_code in the setting. Add the initial underscore, and it should work better.

We set _wpm_gtin_code but is still doesn’t work

Is it actually Relevanssi that’s powering the search? If you search for GTIN content in the Dashboard > Admin search, do you get results?

Where have I to set relevanssi to powering the search?
Yes in admin it found results

It should happen automatically, but sometimes themes do things that override Relevanssi. Which theme are you using? You can see this article for common causes: https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/query_posts/

we found problem.
In GTIN plugin is there this flag:

Search by Code GTIN –> Set this option if you want search products also by GTIN Code

If you check this it doesn’t work. Now we have unchecked and all works fine.
