number of comments more than appear on page??

I am still getting a lot of spam and although some gets caught and I can delete it i still find some gets on to the page BUT, at the moment I am showing about 66 comments on one topic when there is only one comment on the page, I have deleted the spam in admin but it still says I have 66 comments??? any ideas please.
here is the page look at the bottom of the site, it says 66 comments for this topic.
