number of download dont change

Hi
the number of download each product dont change after update to from WooCommerce 2.6.14 to WooCommerce 3.0.4

for example for one product limit of download set to 20 time but when the user download the file this limit dont change and remmaining in 20 times

pleas help and guide me to solve this problem
