number of facebook posts

    Hi,

    i simply use this plugin to show facebook posts on wordpress page. at the moment it shows 5 posts – the api limit is on automatically. is there a possibility to increase the shown posts? maybe it is a setting in facebook, but i cannot find it. of course this is not a support forum of facebook, but perhaps anybody can held me otherwise.

    Hey @gluehbirne,

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance! If you can provide a link to the site I should be able to dig into this a bit further. If you are displaying a standard post, you can go to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > All Feeds > Feed Options > Feed Layout and increase the number of initial posts to see. If you want to ensure the ‘Limit’ is automatic or increase it manually, go to Feed Options > Settings > Advanced where you can then set the API Post Limit to Automatic, or manually set it to something higher than your number of posts (to avoid missing posts that are not available in the API such as shared posts).

    thanks. topic is solved. i didn′t look at layout – i just played with the “API Post Limit”.
